If you’re ever driving down Archer Avenue on Chicago’s South Side late at night and you spot a young woman walking along the side of the road, think twice before you pick her up.

You may find yourself face to face with Resurrection Mary, the most famous ghost in the midwest. 

In the typical encounter it’s cold outside but the girl on the side of the road isn’t wearing a coat. In fact, she’s wearing a long white party dress that flutters in the night air and gleams against the pitch black night.
