Retired Army Col. John Alexander says UFO disclosure has already occurred, and the ultimate solution to UFOs is more complex than most people think.

The declassified files have revealed many previously unknown cases (dw-world.de)

In the two years since the French made their top-secret UFO files public, more European nations have declassified documents. But the majority remain tight-lipped with a few refusing to even acknowledge the phenomenon.

On August 4, 1990, an unidentified flying object was seen hovering in daylight near the town of Pitlochry in Scotland. Eyewitnesses stated that the diamond shaped object hung in the sky for about 10 minutes as two military aircraft made a series of low-level passes near it.

Almost three weeks later on August 24, hundreds of tourists and local residents observed formations of luminous spheres for over 30 minutes in the sky near the German city of Greifswald, located close to the coast of the Baltic Sea.

In November of that year, a triangular object was seen by numerous witnesses passing over Saint-Germain in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France. The object moved slowly at low altitude and emitted beams of light towards the ground before eventually speeding away.

All three events have many common factors, most notably that each one remains unexplained to this day. But one – the Greifswald incident – is the odd one out. This is because official documentation on the Pitlochry and Saint-Germain sightings collected by British and French governmental agencies are now available to the public after France and the UK took decisions to open up their UFO files.

I recently heard Nick Pope discuss the case of Milton Torres and it’s got to be one of the more compelling pilot/UFO encounters I’ve heard of. You don’t usually hear of the pilots being ordered to intercept and shoot UFOs down. See for yourself in this emotional video from the Disclosure Press Conference held at the National Press Club on April 20th, 2009.

Torres and his fellow pilot were in the “alert shack” at RAF Manston when they received instructions to take to the air. The two pilots raced to their respective F-86Ds and took off well within the allotted five minutes. “As soon as my wheels were in the well, I received a call from the Ground-controlled interception (GCI) station at RAF Metropolitan (Met) Sector informing me that this would be a fire mission and that I would be selecting all 24 of my rockets,” Torres remembers.^[3]

“The very first thing they told me was that I was to fire my rockets at the object,” Torres said in a 2009 interview. “The message from GCI was clear. Someone had made the decision to shoot at the UFO even before I took to the air.”^[4] {source: wikipedia}

British Disclosure?

LONDON (AP) – The deputy commander of a U.S. Air Force base in England was baffled by what he’d seen: bright, pulsing lights in the night sky.

Britain’s defense ministry couldn’t explain it either, but concluded that the unidentified flying object posed no threat.

The National Archives on Monday released the government’s complete file on the “Rendlesham Forest Incident” of December 1980, one of Britain’s most famous UFO sightings.

Chinese Disclosure

Outside of the United States no nation knows more about UFO and extraterrestrial affairs than China. Recently a decision was made by the ultra-secretive agency that was specifically set up by the State Council to co-ordinate extra-terrestrial affairs on behalf of The Peoples Republic of China. It was decided after a ten year period of research that under no circumstances will the Chinese Government reveal any knowledge of extraterrestrials or UFO visitations to the populace. Members of this agency, concluded after a secret meeting held on the grounds of China’s highly restricted Beijing Aerospace Command and Control Centre (BACCC) that the public is decades away from being able to cope with a knowledge of extraterrestrial civilizations and UFO knowledge.

Diss-Closure

Not that I thought we would ever see disclosure. But here’s more on why we won’t.

I have bad news for the UFO disclosure crowd.

If the alleged extraterrestrial presence is real, the odds are against disclosure.

Among members of the Intelligence Community, the tale of the alien presence is known as the “core story” of contact between the aliens and the government.

The strong rumor is there is a “disturbing” aspect to this “core story,” something so dire it leaves battle-hardened military types shaking in their boots.

An example of a real government program so secret that revealing its very existence endangers the national security involves martial law plans and preparations in the event of first strike use of nuclear weapons.

Another disclosure gone bad.

Well here it is again, another country about to disclose. Except Poland’s files have gone the way of a UFO and disappeared into thin air. If you can get by the funky English, which I’m assuming is due to translation, it’s not a bad read.

Many new facts about UFO data gathering in this unique disclosure interview with Col. Grundmanem, the former head of “Air Traffic, Air Force and Air Defense”, who was responsible for gathering reports regarding UFOs.

The Polish air forces gather and analyze PRL reports on the pilots’ meetings with unidentified flying objects. In the folder named “The Unknown” gathered dozens of reports. In the 1990’s Invaluable data disappeared.

French Disclosure. Not!

Gee, what a surprise.

Last week UFO enthusiasts worldwide waited with baited breath for France to announce the words ‘We are not alone’. The end of the week came and no such declaration was made. Many were disappointed, myself not in the least. Frankly I was rather devastated. There was a real chance that disclosure could have occurred last week, so what went wrong?

The reality is that GEIPAN, an official semi-government organization set up specifically to investigate the UFO phenomenon has enough evidence times ten to confirm that extraterrestrials are visiting our planet. A number of researchers within the group are keen to get the word out and they have backers in the wider CNES (Frances equivalent of NASA) structure within which they operate.

My own belief is that the US isn’t quite as worried as people think about the prospect of France disclosing. I also do not subscribe to the more highly conspiratorial ideas regarding a world-wide cover-up that one often hears from UFO buffs. I do believe there are very good reasons why today’s power elite might not like disclosure. An open ET presence would have a massive and irreversible effect on current power structures on our planet.

In the lead-up to anticipated French disclosure, UFO fever is sweeping through the Latin world at an incredible pace. Brazil has disclosed, Italy has effectively disclosed, with UFO information posted on the Italian Air Force website. Argentina is tipped to follow suite.

Now Uruguay has joined these UFO nations: disclosing its previously classified UFO files and allowing researchers to access them. Apparently around 40 well studied cases in the country have been made public. Some involve abductions and others highly documented UFO chases by the nation’s Air Force.
